SMOKMAN has obtained the License for the Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise in China.
Since the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration promulgated and implemented the Measures for the Administration of Electronic Cigarettes,SMOKMAN has responded positively,fully cooperated with the submission of relevant application materials,and seriously accepted the review of the competent department. Recently, Shenzhen SDI Electronic Technology Co., Ltd. (including the branch) and Dongguan Sidi Technology Co.Ltd. have obtained the License for the Tobacco Monopoly Production Enterprise issued by the State Tobacco Monopoly Administration of China.
China has implemented strict control of e -cigarette business.On March 11,2022,the state Tobacco Monopoly Administration issued the<< Measures for the Administration of E-cigarette>>,which ill take effect on May 1 20222,and the transition period will end on September 30,2022. According to the measures for the Administration of E-cigarette, the establishment of e-cigarettes production enterprises (including product production,agent processing,brand holding enterprises, etc.), atomizer production enterprises and nicotine production enterprises for e-cigarettes are all required to obtain the tobacco monopoly production enterprise license.
The overall pattern of e-cigarettes will still be optimized, and unlicensed small and medium-sized brands and cigarette products will be gradually cleared,policies shall raise access barriers to the industry, and relevant enterprises engaged in e -cigarette business shall be submitted to the tobacco monopoly administration department for approval.The e-cigarette industry has entered a stage of standardized development.
